Homemade Nut Butter
- 16 ounces, weight Toasted, Unsalted Nuts Of Any Kind
- 3 Tablespoons Oil, Any Type
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Table Salt
- Process the nuts in a food processor for 1-2 minutes, until they are finely ground.
- Add in the oil and salt.
- Continue to process, scraping down the sides frequently, 3-5 minutes, until the mixture is creamy and spreadable.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
