Peanut Butter Mocha Melody

  1. COMBINE graham cracker crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. PLACE peanut butter in medium, microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 30 seconds or until peanut butter can be easily stirred.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup Nescafe syrup until combined.
  5. Stir in about 1 cup whipped cream to lighten.
  6. Fold mixture into remaining whipped cream.
  7. Spread over prepared crust.
  8. Drizzle remaining Nescafe syrup over surface.
  9. Gently draw knife through syrup to marble surface.
  10. Cover; freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Cut into squares; serve immediately.
