Cheesy Chived Egg Sandwich

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
• 1 English muffin, split and toasted
• 1 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06

1. Cook and stir eggs over medium heat until set.
2. Stir in the cream cheese until well blended.
3. Spoon egg mixture onto one muffin half.
4. Top with the cheese slice and the remaining muffin half.
5. Variation: Prepare as directed, placing 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Smoked Cooked Ham on bottom half of English muffin.
6. Top with egg mixture.
