MIRACLE WHIP Italian Spinach Dip
- 1 loaf (16 oz.) round sourdough bread
- 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 envelope
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper (optional)
- Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1-inch thick shell.
- Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces.
- Mix dressing, sour cream and salad dressing mix in small bowl until well blended.
- Add spinach and red pepper; mix well.
- Refrigerate.
- Spoon dip into bread shell just before serving.
- Serve with bread pieces and assorted cut-up vegetables.
