Chinese Tossed Salad Recipe
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can bamboo shoots, liquid removed
- 1/2 onion, or possibly 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 4 strips bacon, fried crisp and diced
- Put in blender and blend thoroughly.
- Then pour over salad ingredients and serve.
- Salad can be made several hrs before being eaten, as can the dressing but do not put dressing on salad till ready to serve.
