Hibiscus-Ginger Beer
- 1 oz (28G.) hibiscus dried flowers
- 4 cup boiling water
- 1 Cracked ice
- 3 12-ounce bottles ginger beer
- In a medium saucepan,steep the hibiscus flowers in the boiling water until deep red ,25 minutes; discard the flowers.
- Add ice to glass and fill halfway with the tea.
- Top off the drink with ginger beer.
