Hibiscus-Ginger Beer

  1. In a medium saucepan,steep the hibiscus flowers in the boiling water until deep red ,25 minutes; discard the flowers.
  2. Add ice to glass and fill halfway with the tea.
  3. Top off the drink with ginger beer.
