Ham Potato Swiss Scallop Recipe

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter and blend in flour and salt.
  4. Gradually add in lowfat milk and cook, stirring till smooth and thickened.
  5. Put one third of potatoes in 2 1/2 qt casserole and add in half the ham.
  6. Top with half the cheese mix and half the sauce.
  7. Repeat layers, ending with layer of potatoes.
  8. Heat remaining butter and mix with crumbs.
  9. Sprinkle on casserole and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 45 min.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika.
  11. Yield: 6 servings.
