Chili-Lime Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 each green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup slivered red onions
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine dry seasonings.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; stir-fry 4 min.
- or until done.
- Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 min.
- Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
- Add vegetables to skillet; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, gradually adding water to skillet to help prevent vegetables from drying out and sticking to bottom of skillet.
- Return chicken to skillet; stir-fry 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Add dressing; stir-fry 1 min.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
