Chili-Lime Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Combine dry seasonings.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 min.
  4. or until done.
  5. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 min.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  7. Add vegetables to skillet; stir-fry 5 min.
  8. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, gradually adding water to skillet to help prevent vegetables from drying out and sticking to bottom of skillet.
  9. Return chicken to skillet; stir-fry 1 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Add dressing; stir-fry 1 min.
  12. Sprinkle with cilantro.
