Nut Burgers (Veggie Burgers)

  1. In a blender, puree tofu.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except stuffing.
  3. Put stuffing into a bowl and pour tofu mixture over top; mix well.
  4. Form into burger patties.
  5. Bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 300F oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
