Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla or banana instant pudding
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
- Microwave chocolate, milk and margarine in medium microwave bowl on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is melted.
- Spread evenly into crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until chocolate is firm.
- Arrange banana slices over chocolate.
- Pour milk into large bowl; add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Spoon over bananas.
- Spread with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, until set.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
- Preparation time: 20 minutes.
