Easy Carrot & Broccoli au Gratin

  1. Bring 3 cups water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add carrots; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min.
  3. Add broccoli; simmer 3 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan and butter until blended.
  6. Microwave VELVEETA and cream cheese in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1 min.
  7. ; stir.
  8. Microwave 30 sec.
  9. or until VELVEETA and cream cheese are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
  10. Drain vegetables; place in serving bowl.
  11. Top with cheese sauce; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
