Chicken Apritada Style Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into serving pcs.
  2. Simmer for 15 min in garlic, onion, tomato sauce, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt, pepper and water.
  3. Add in cubed potatoes and pimento.
  4. Continue to cook till the potatoes are tender.
  5. Before serving, remove peppercorns.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Serves 4.
