Moms Cracker Spread

  1. Put softened cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add sage, garlic powder and white pepper.
  3. Mash with a fork, then when its soft enough, combine with a spoon.
  4. It can be eaten now, but its best when refrigerated for at least an hour.
  5. Spread on Hi-Ho crackers or pita chips.
