Grams Eggnog French Toast
- 6 slice honey wheat bread
- 4 eggs (whisked)
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/2 tbsp whiskey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 light shakes of cinnamon
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp eggnog
- 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 light shakes cinnamon
- Before you do anything...heat your cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Then mix in eggnog,brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Refrigerate til ready to use.
- Whisk four eggs in in a container you will using to dip your bread in.
- After whisking, add eggnog,whiskey,vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Whisk together well.
- Butter your griddle.
- Set to medium heat.
- Dip your bread slices, coating evenly and slightly saturating the slice.
- Drip off excess and throw on griddle or frying pan.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown and toasty.
- Remove from griddle.
- Lay one slice down...spread your cream cheese mixture evenly and top with another slice.
- Distribute your cream cheese mix between all slices.
- Top with butter and syrup :) EAT !
