Grams Eggnog French Toast

  1. Before you do anything...heat your cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Then mix in eggnog,brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Refrigerate til ready to use.
  4. Whisk four eggs in in a container you will using to dip your bread in.
  5. After whisking, add eggnog,whiskey,vanilla, and cinnamon.
  6. Whisk together well.
  7. Butter your griddle.
  8. Set to medium heat.
  9. Dip your bread slices, coating evenly and slightly saturating the slice.
  10. Drip off excess and throw on griddle or frying pan.
  11. Fry on both sides until golden brown and toasty.
  12. Remove from griddle.
  13. Lay one slice down...spread your cream cheese mixture evenly and top with another slice.
  14. Distribute your cream cheese mix between all slices.
  15. Top with butter and syrup :) EAT !
