Louise's Broccoli Casserole
- 2 packages broccoli florets spears
- 1 can soup, cream of celery
- 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp grated
- 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions minced
- 1 cup potatoes cubed
- In large bowl, combine broccoli, celery soup, 1 cup of the grated cheese and the minced onion.
- Pour into lightly greased CP.
- Sprinkle top with crushed crackers or mix in the potatoes, then top with remaining cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
