The Best Chocolate Cake

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup hot water*

1. Mix ingredients in order listed, except hot water.
2. When well mixed, add hot water and mix well.
3. ** Pour into 13x9-inch pan that has been sprayed with pan spray.
4. Bake about 45 minutes at 350F until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cake cool.
6. Frost with your favorite frosting.
