Gluten Free Majestic and Moist Honey cake
- 3 each Eggs
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Elite Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 cup Almond or Soy Milk
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 1/4 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Xanthum Gum
- Mix together the eggs, honey, oil, and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in almond/soy milk
- Add in remaining ingredients and then mix again.
- Bake for ~45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Optional: when taking out the honey cake, drizzle honey over the top pf the cake for a more intense honey flavor and shine.
