Dried Cheese Ball

• 16 ounces cream cheese, soft
• 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
• 12 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 cup dried beef, chopped

1. Mix all ingredients with mixer.
2. Place in refrigerator to firm.
3. Roll in chopped walnuts, pecans, or parsley.
