Creamy Herb Dip
- 34 cup fat-free mayonnaise or 34 cup light mayonnaise
- 12 cup nonfat sour cream or 12 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 34 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill or 14 teaspoon dried dill
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a covered container and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Serve with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables and rolled up slices of roasted turkey breast and lean roast beef.
