Bhindi
- 500 g ladyfingers, finely washed wiped and chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely sliced onions
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 g turmeric powder
- salt
- 2 g chili powder
- 2 g amchoor powder
- fry the onions until golden brown.add ginger paste and green chillies to it.
- add salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder , .
- add chopped ladyfingers .cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.stir it add dry mango powder .and cook for again 3 minutes.
