Crantini Jelly

  1. Measure cranberry juice into a large saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Place saucepan over high heat.
  4. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 min, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin, vodka and vermouth.
  7. Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.
  8. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
