Shrimp Fra Diavolo Pizza

  1. In a large skillet, empty the cans of tomatoes and their juice.
  2. Slice them into small chunks and add the onion, garlic, Italian parsley, salt and peppers.
  3. Heat over medium-high until the sauce is thick.
  4. Add the washed but unshelled shrimp and cook 10-12 minutes longer.
  5. Cut off the heat and remove the shrimp to de-shell.
  6. Cut the larger shrimp into several small pieces.
  7. Spread the sauce on a store-bought 12 thin pizza crust.
  8. Top with the shrimp and then the mozzarella.
  9. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
