Jamaica Shake II

• 6 teaspoons Bourbon, 1 1/2 measure
• 1 12 tablespoons dark jamaica rum, 1 measure
• 1 12 tablespoons double cream, 1 measure (heavy)

1. Shake all the ingredients well with ice to amalgamate the cream, and strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Sift grated chocolate over the top.
