Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter.
  2. Add the Grand Marnier.
  3. Whisk then bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pieces until all the chocolate is incorporated.
  5. Serve with the souffle.
