Crock Pot Cheese Dip

  1. Brown 4 pounds of ground chuck along with the chopped onion.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Put browned ground chuck into crock pot.
  4. Add 3 cans of Rotel tomatoes.
  5. Add 1 bottle of salsa.
  6. Gradually add Velveeta cheese.
  7. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring as needed.
  8. After all cheese is completely melted, add sour cream.
  9. Do not let it come to a boil after the sour cream has been added or it will separate.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips.
