Crock Pot Cheese Dip
- 4 pounds Ground Chuck
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 3 cans Rotel (Original)
- 1 bottle Salsa (mild Or Medium As Preferred)
- 5 pounds Processed Cheese, Cubed (like Velveeta)
- 1 carton Sour Cream (1 Container)
- 2 packages Tortilla Chips
- Brown 4 pounds of ground chuck along with the chopped onion.
- Drain off grease.
- Put browned ground chuck into crock pot.
- Add 3 cans of Rotel tomatoes.
- Add 1 bottle of salsa.
- Gradually add Velveeta cheese.
- Cook on low for 2 hours stirring as needed.
- After all cheese is completely melted, add sour cream.
- Do not let it come to a boil after the sour cream has been added or it will separate.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
