German Potato Salad

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender but still firm.
  2. Set aside to cool completely, then coarsely dice.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the Lightlife bacon until crispy.
  4. Crumble the bacon, set aside in a separate container, and reserve the oil.
  5. In the same skillet, put the unrefined sugar, flour, water, and vinegar.
  6. Stir to combine, and cook until thickened.
  7. Once this dressing is thickened, add the potatoes, bacon, and green onions to the skillet and stir to coat the potatoes.
  8. Keep cooking until everything is heated through and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.
