Cucumbers with Shiso and Mayonnaise Dip
- 1 as much (to taste) Cucumbers
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 7 to 8 Shiso leaves
- 1 tsp Wasabi paste
- Finely chop the shiso leaves.
- (Wash the shiso leaves first, and roll them up to make chopping them easier.)
- Cut the cucumbers in half, then into sticks.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well, and it's done!
- Transfer to serving plates and serve!
