Grilled Greek Burgers

  1. Mix dry ingredients breaking up the dried herbs as much as possible.
  2. Especially the dried rosemary.
  3. Mix the hamburger, bread crumbs and dry seasoning well and make four equal size patty with a dimple in the center of each.
  4. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  5. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  6. Grilled burgers until the juices begin to collect on the top.
  7. Flip over and continue cooking until well done.
  8. Top off with any cheese you like (I used smoked provolone) and let it melts just before removing from the grill.
  9. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite condiments.
  10. Pesto aioli works really well with these burgers.
