Americano

• 2 ounces Campari
• 1 ounce Italian (sweet) vermouth
• About 8 ounces club soda
• 2 twists of lemon (see note)

1. Pour 1 ounce of the Campari and 1/2 ounce of the vermouth into each of two short cocktail glasses filled with ice.
2. Top up with club soda and stir.
3. Garnish each with a twist of lemon.
