Black Jack Monterey Beans..slow Cooker
- 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 12 cup stick butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt or 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 12-1 cup chopped red onion (optional)
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, for later
- Place all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker.Mix well.
- Cook 3 hours on Low or 1 1/2 hours on High.
- When recipe is done---quickly stir in grated cheese.
