Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk to remove large lumps.
  2. Add oil and next 2 ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Yield:
  9. One 10-inch cake.
