Savory Roulades Or Chicken Roll-Ups

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons oil; add onion, celery and bread crumbs. Cook until celery is glazed and crumbs brown.
  2. Add seasonings; remove from heat.
  3. Add egg.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on flattened chicken.
  5. Roll up from wide end, folding in to hold filling.
  6. Put in greased pan; add wine.
  7. Use 2 tablespoons oil with wine to bake.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
