MacAdamia/Raspberry/White Chocolate Cookie

  1. Cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg and beat in.
  3. Add vanilla and raspberry jam.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Mix together flour and baking soda.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture to batter.
  7. Stir in nuts and chips.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Don't overbake.
  11. Cool on racks.
