Merry Marshmallows

  1. Pour sprinkles into a bowl.
  2. Crush some graham crackers into another bowl.
  3. These are what you will use to decorate your candy. Combine one 6 ounce bag of chocolate morsels with 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave on High 1 minute, until melted; stir.
  5. Poke a bamboo skewer or a fork into a marshmallow.
  6. Dip into chocolate, coating it well.
  7. Hold it over bowl to let excess chocolate drip off.
  8. Coat marshmallow with sprinkles or graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Slide marshmallow off skewer onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
  10. Repeat.
  11. Let set at room temperature about 1 hour.
  12. Wrap candies in a pretty box for a special gift.
  13. Yield:
  14. About 20 marshmallow candies.
