Pepperoni Bread Recipe
- 1 loaf frzn bread dough
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) pkg. thin sliced pepperoni
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- Roll dough to size of cookie sheet.
- Combine dry ingredients with melted butter.
- Brush lightly on dough.
- Save some for top.
- Arrange pepperoni on top of dough, cover with cheese.
- Roll like jelly roll.
- Healthy pinch to seal and brush remaining butter on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
- Cook 15 min before slicing like French bread.
