Burnt Grapes Recipe

  1. Wash and dry grapes.
  2. Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla together.
  3. Pour cream mix over grapes and stir gently.
  4. Pour into a 9x13 pan, or possibly individual serving dishes.
  5. In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil.
  6. Immediately pour over grapes.
  7. Do not stir.
  8. Refrigeratefor 3-4 hrs.
  9. Serves 6.
  10. Substitue fresh raspberries, blackberries, sliced peaches, etc.
  11. for grapes.
  12. This is absolutely delicious.
  13. The caramel sauce gets hard and crunchy and is a lovely contrast to the creamy fruit mix.
