Toogie'S Chicken Casserole

  1. Mix grated Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and red pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cook noodles and drain.
  3. Drain mushrooms and save juice.
  4. Melt oleo in a large skillet and saute onions.
  5. To this add seasonings and mushroom liquid.
  6. Blend in soups and milk. Stir until thick. Add pimentos, mushrooms and half the cheese mixture. Pour this sauce over chicken and noodles and mix well.
  7. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  8. Top with the rest of the cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  9. May be put together early in the day and baked a little longer.
  10. Serve with English peas!
