Pork With Red Wine Sauce

  1. Broil the chops under a preheated moderate broiler for 7-10 minutes each side.
  2. Drain on kitchen paper and transfer to a casserole dish with a lid.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  4. Gently dry fry the onion and garlic, zucchini and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the tomatoes, wine, tomato paste and marjoram and season to taste.
  6. Pour over the chops.
  7. Cover the casserole and cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chops are cooked to your liking.
  8. Serve.
