Breakfast Meatless Burrito
- 1 cup egg white, in refrigerated carton
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 4 BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties, chopped
- 4 KRAFT 2% Milk Monterey Jack Singles
- 4 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) orange juice
- Beat egg whites with milk.
- Add onions and BOCA patty.
- Cook and stir egg mixture in nonstick skillet on medium heat until set.
- Top with cheese; cover until melted.
- Heat tortillas, then spoon 1/4 of egg mixture on top of each.
- Fold in ends and roll up burrito-style.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of VERYFINE orange juice with their burrito.
