Chinese Spinach Salad Recipe

• 1 pound spinach with stems removed
• 3/4 c. liquid removed bean sprouts or possibly fresh
• 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
• 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
• 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
• 3 hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
• 1 sm. onion, diced

1. Blend together.
