COOL 'N EASY Strawberry Pie

  1. Slice 1 cup strawberries; refrigerate for later use.
  2. Chop remaining berries; set aside.
  3. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  6. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  7. Remove any unmelted ice.
  8. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  9. Stir in chopped berries.
  10. Refrigerate 20 to 30 min.
  11. or until mixture is thick enough to mound.
  12. Spoon into crust.
  13. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
  14. Top with sliced berries just before serving.
