Lentil Vegetable Soup

  1. Lightly saute bacon & onion in stock pot.
  2. Add 8C water & next 7 ingredients.
  3. Cover & simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Add tomatoes, wine vinegar; simmer 30 min more
  5. Season to taste.
