Chocolate Fudge Topping

  1. In a heavy medium kettle or pot, over medium heat, combine all ingredients, stirring well, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Continue stirring until the syrup cooks into a smooth, silky substance.
  3. (Be careful not to have too hot of a flame because it will scorch easily.)
  4. Cool, and store in a tight covered container in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve cold, or slightly heated.
  6. *You can also use this syrup for a quick chocolate milk drink.
  7. Just stir in 1 tablespoon into your milk glass.
