Honeydew and Chilli Salsa

• 2 cups honeydew melon, finely diced
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 2 small red chilies, finely chopped (seeded optional)
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
• 2 -3 tablespoons lime juice

1. Combine all ingredients and stir gently.
2. Serve immediately.
