Shish Kebabs
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup distilled vinegar
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cucumbers or 1 zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 32 button mushrooms
- 32 cherry tomatoes
- Combine beef, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a large zip top bag.
- Press out as much air as possible.
- Refrigerate 1-3 hours.
- Thread meat and vegetables onto 16 skewers.
- Grill over medium heat on all 4 sides, about 6 minutes each side.
