Shish Kebabs

  1. Combine beef, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a large zip top bag.
  2. Press out as much air as possible.
  3. Refrigerate 1-3 hours.
  4. Thread meat and vegetables onto 16 skewers.
  5. Grill over medium heat on all 4 sides, about 6 minutes each side.
