Spam and hashbrown casserole

• 1 can spam
• 1 hashbrowns cooked according to package, i used the ones in a carton from sams club
• 1 can cream of mushroom
• 1 few squirts sour cream, i use the kroger brand in a squirt bottle
• 1 splash of milk
• 1 season salt to taste
• 1 ground black pepper to taste
• 1 onion powder to taste
• 3 slice american cheese or cheese of your choice
• 1 steamed cabbage, as much as you like
• 1 crushed rittz crackers
• 1 melted butter.... couple tablespoons maybe...i rarely ever measure lol

1. Cook hashbrowns according to package.
2. Season to taste.
3. In separate pot combine cream of mushroom, sour cream, splash of milk, seasonings, and cheese.
4. Heat through and stir until mixed well.
5. Remove.spam from can And.chop into bite sized pieces.
6. Add to hashbrowns then add soup mixture And cabbage and mix well.
7. Put in oven and heat through mixing every so often.
8. Next add crushed crackers and drizzle melted butter on top.
9. Place in oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes.
10. Remove from oven serve and enjoy!!
