Korean steamed chicken Jjim Dak Recipe ChloeLim

  1. Peel the skin off the chicken.
  2. Soak the chicken pieces and glass noodles in the water for 20minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, Cut the vegetables into big slices.
  4. Making the sauce.
  5. Mix the all sauce ingredients in the bowl.
  6. First,Boil the chicken pieces for 3mins then save that chicken stock.
  7. Get another pan and put in chickens, carrots, potatoes,dried chillies.
  8. Add the sauce and 3 cups of the water we saved(chicken stock).Then boil them for 25minutes.
  9. Add glass noodles and spring onion.
  10. Then boil 5minutes more.
  11. *TIP Peel the veggies edge smooth because if their conner is sharp, its easy to be broken when its steamed for a long time.
