Wheat-Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; stir well.
  3. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 18 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve muffins hot.
