Pat Mccarron's Strawberry Feta Salad

• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 12 lb baby spinach leaves, fresh
• 12 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 cup strawberry, sliced
• 14 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1. Don't preheat your oven - it won't be needed!
2. Wash lettuce and spinach leaves.
3. Spin dry.
4. Put into salad bowl with next 2 ingredients.
5. Toss with a balsamic vinaigrette.
6. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
7. Enjoy!
