Eclair Cake - Layered
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- whipped cream or Cool Whip
- chocolate syrup
- Bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and mix into a soft ball.
- Remove from heat and whip in one egg at a time until smooth.
- Spray a 9x13 pyrex dish with cooking spray.
- Spread dough mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- - COOL COMPLETELY-.
- While baking mix vanilla pudding with milk, keep chilled until dough has cooled.
- Spread pudding over cooled crust.
- Top with whipped cream or cool whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
