Eclair Cake - Layered

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil.
  2. Add flour and mix into a soft ball.
  3. Remove from heat and whip in one egg at a time until smooth.
  4. Spray a 9x13 pyrex dish with cooking spray.
  5. Spread dough mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. - COOL COMPLETELY-.
  7. While baking mix vanilla pudding with milk, keep chilled until dough has cooled.
  8. Spread pudding over cooled crust.
  9. Top with whipped cream or cool whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Enjoy!
